Happy birthday Summer

It really is birthday month here at Canberra Dental Care.

This week we celebrated our dental assistant Summer’s birthday. Summer joined us during lockdown and has already fitted into the Canberra Dental Care family.

Are dentists opening during lockdown?

Yes. Effective of Tuesday 5 October we are able to perform all treatments.

My appointment was cancelled/moved – what should I do?

If your appointment was cancelled or moved please get in touch. Due to the sudden easing of restrictions for dental treatment we have availability sooner. You can make an appointment on line or by phoning our reception staff.

Is there anything you should do differently?

Yes. We still need patients to practice common sense when attending for their appointments. Please ensure that you are in good health before attending your appointment. We remind you that if you have any of symptoms such as a fever, sore throat, breathlessness, cough or fatigue please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This also includes if you have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19.

The wearing of masks is compulsory while attending Canberra Dental Care. The dentist will advise you when you can remove your mask.

We require all patients to check in via the CBR app. Sanitiser is available and required when you enter the practice. When you enter the surgery we have additional procedures in place such as mouthwash and further hand sanitiser.

If you need to make an appointment, our on line service is always open. Alternatively our friendly reception staff are available during business hours.
