COVID-19 Lockdown update
Canberra Dental Care will be returning to emergency only appointments during the lockdown period. Our staff will contact you to reschedule any non-emergency appointment during the lockdown period.
This also means all hygienist appointments will be rescheduled. Our staff will be in touch with you to rebook any appointment that is affected. At this stage the only appointments affected are those during the lockdown period.
Emergency dentist appointments available
Our dentists will be available on Friday 13 August and Wednesday 18 August to see emergency only appointments.
These can be made via our on line booking service. In order to assess the treatment required, we ask that you provide details of the issue when making the appointment.
Attendance for your appointment
Please ensure that you are in good health before attending your appointment. We remind you that if you have any of symptoms such as a fever, sore throat, breathlessness, cough or fatigue please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This also includes if you have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19. It is vital that we stop the spread and ask you to take your part in this seriously.
Masks
The wearing of masks is compulsory while attending Canberra Dental Care. The dentist will advise you when you can remove your mask.
Additional measures
We require all patients to check in via the CBR app. Sanitiser is available and required when you enter the practice. When you enter the surgery we have additional procedures in place such as mouthwash and further hand sanitiser.
