Farewell Erika
We recently said farewell to one of our dental assistant Erika.
We wish Erika all the very best for the future. We were so lucky to have her with us as both a dental assistant and receptionist.
Masks still required
Even though the rules around masks has relaxed from today. At Canberra Dental Care we still require staff and patients to wear masks.
Why do I still need to wear a mask to the dentist?
Masks are still required in high risk areas such as hospitals and other health care places. They are also still required in schools, aged care facilities and when providing a service to a person with a disability. We have patients that fall into all three of those vulnerable categories. While we need you to take your mask off for us to perform our treatment, we believe it is important to keep that layer of protection at other times. Our staff, including our reception staff, will still be wearing masks.
Dental treatments
All our dentists are available for appointments. Dr Jowitt, Dr Muir and Dr Ollis are available for all your general dental needs. They are also available for cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry and preventative dentistry.
We offer a variety of cosmetic treatments, from veneers, to teeth whitening to Invisalign. If you would like to update your smile our dentists can chat to you about the options available. In addition to these treatments we can help with teeth grinding and snoring.
Here at Canberra Dental Care we believe prevention is the best cure. We encourage our patients to see our hygienists fore regular cleans. By having a regular check up, you can catch any issues before they become a problem. Appointments are available with our dental hygienists.
We are available for on line booking 24/7 if you need to make an appointment. Or you can phone and speak to our reception staff.
