We are open
Following the return to level 1 restrictions we are open. This week we have re-opened our hygienist department. This is good news for those that were waiting for their regular check up.
What does level 1 restrictions mean? We are able to perform all our usual treatments. What is different to normal is the screening of patients and the hygiene steps when you arrive. None of these have changed since we were on level 3 restrictions. In addition to our usual high standard of hygiene and sterilisation we have added more to our regime. We ask that, unless required, you attend alone and that you sterilise your hands. We will provide you with a mouthwash prior to your treatment. And while we are pleased to see you, we won’t be shaking your hand or coming too close.
We remind you that if you have any of symptoms such as a fever, sore throat, breathlessness, cough or fatigue please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This also includes if you have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19. It is vital that we stop the spread and ask you to take your part in this seriously.
We have extended our opening days to Mondays – Thursdays. We will reassess our Friday openings in the coming weeks.
If you would like to make an appointment you can phone our friendly reception staff during business hours. Alternatively you can make a booking via our on line service.
We look forward to seeing you soon
